JUST THINKING
It’s so peaceful here
Nothing interrupts the silence
Sitting looking and waiting
For nothing in particular
It’s nice
The quietness of it all is surprising
Sitting looking and waiting
For nothing to happen
Is it?
Overlooking the beautiful sea
So blue and so vast
The long grass and the pretty flowers
Blowing in the wind
Which is not strong
But I can feel this wind
And I just sit look and wait
