Nowadays, the mango season is in full swing. Mango is a very tasty fruit that is called the king of fruits equally popular among children and adults. There are many varieties of mango which are considered due to their taste and color such as Totapri, Langra Dussehra, Sindhri, Chounsa, and Saroli, etc.

Mango is a warm temperament fruit and raw is also very useful. In the case of curry, boil it and extract its juice and drink it mixed with curry and sugar, it will be safe from the heat. When it becomes mango, it gets a lot of energy, and even the children who eat it get good growth. It strengthens the heart, mind, and eyes and keeps the digestive system healthy.

It contains vitamins A, B, C, protein, glucose, and carotene. Its flowers, leaves, seeds, and bark are also very beneficial. Mixing mango with milk and drinking it as a shake increases its strength. Yes, the taste is doubled and the effect is mild.

It is very important to eat mango in moderation. Since it is a hot-tempered fruit, if you eat too much, you may get rashes on your face and body.
