Born to the world with a tender cry,
A little soul beneath the sky.
Her life is written in silent pain,
A melody sung in an endless refrain.

From the dawn of her tender years,
She bears the weight of silent tears.
Tiny hands learn to labor and serve,
A fate decreed she does not deserve.

Polishing shoes, fetching the pail,
Feeding her siblings, frail and pale.
She learns the art of a homemaker's strife,
For tomorrow, she'll walk as a stranger’s wife.

Her voice is a whisper, her dreams deferred,
A story unspoken, her rights unheard.
The family decides, without her say,
Her life is given, and taken away.

To her husband’s home, she journeys bound,
In chains unseen, her spirit is drowned.
The same old rhythm, the same old toil,
No respite found in her ceaseless soil.

When children arrive, her burden grows,
Her restless nights, the world never knows.
A lullaby sung through sleepless despair,
A mother’s love, an eternal prayer.

Day and night, her duty persists,
In every corner, her presence exists.
A silent sentinel, her time denied,
Her essence lost, her dreams belied.

And yet, she smiles, she carries on,
Through the breaking dusk, into the dawn.
No Sunday rests, no hours of peace,
Her labor of love will never cease.

So pause, O world, and deeply reflect,
Honor the woman, and give her respect.
Mother, daughter, wife, or friend,
Their grace is boundless, their strength won’t end.

For they serve not for riches or fame,
Their toil is love, their cause the same.
A tribute to women, steadfast and true,
Their light forever, shines through and through.
